Hey, I'm Larry!

I'm passionate about helping leaders bring their full selves to their life and leadership - for the good of the world.

The Heartbeat
I believe great leadership isn’t just about results - it’s about leading from your full potential - who you've been created to be. When leaders bring their full selves to life and leadership, they create healthier teams, stronger organizations, and a better world.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve been in the trenches as a leader - building teams, guiding organizations, and coaching leaders to thrive. I’ve seen what happens when leadership gets reduced to chasing a single bottom line - and I’ve seen the transformation that happens when leaders lead from clarity, purpose, and authenticity.

My mission is simple: to help leaders lead whole, build what matters, and live a life they don’t want to escape from.

Through my work as an executive coach, organizational consultant, and content creator, I partner with leaders across industries - accountants, creatives, executives, entrepreneurs, pastors, and nonprofit leaders - helping them navigate challenges, build healthy cultures, and multiply their impact.

The Background (The Nerdy Stuff)
My background blends both academic and practical experience. I hold degrees in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication, Religion, a Master of Divinity, and a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, where I was trained in character development and organizational health.

I’m a Certified Leadership Coaching Specialist (LCS) and have completed graduate work in leadership, strategy, and counseling, as well as doctoral-level work in strategic leadership. I’m currently pursuing the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

But beyond credentials, I bring creativity and perspective to everything I do. I’m also a songwriter, producer, pastor, and screenwriter - which means I understand how vision, creativity, and execution come together to create meaningful work.

I live in Los Angeles with my family. When I’m not coaching, consulting, or working with my faith community, you’ll probably find me cooking or exploring LA’s food scene.
